I've been wearing glasses for 30yrs. This is the fist time I've ever been to this office. It's also the first time my eyes have ever been this bad. The last place I went to basically gave up on me. I've been here once a week for 3 weeks, everyone in this building are amazing!!!! They have absolutely went above and beyond to try and figure out what's going on with my eyes. And no one has made me feel like a burden. They have all been just perfect! I have never been so satisfied with an Eye Care facility.
Been coming here for a couple years for eye exams. Staff is always friendly and very helpful. The doctor is always promt with the appointments! Highly recommend this place!
Really great place for eye exams. Sophia was very helpful will billing my insurance company and giving me the best deal for contacts and glasses. The optometrist was extremely thorough with my eye exam. He also listened and responded to all my questions.
Was not paid to do this, & I am a real customer. Scheduled a same day appointment on a Friday, right before close of business. I would expect that the staff would be a little vexed due to me scheduling so late (& I really wanted to respect their time, just needed appointment ASAP). The staff was nothing short of excellent. The 2 ladies at the front greeted me & promptly got me checked in....VERY friendly. The appointment with the doctor I feel was very in-depth, she utilized machines I had never seen before (I think its safe to say I will NEVER use Walmart or any other retail Optometry now). I felt comfortable & confident that she was very knowledgeable. Best experience I've had at an Optometry, & I look forward to doing business at this office in the future!
