  My sales person, Virginia Graham, is completely awesome. She's extremely knowledgeable about the furniture in the store and she goes out of her way to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase, and she checked for any discounts available, as well as to make sure that I was purchasing the same exact furniture to match the set that I previously purchased.
  Bianca was just as efficient with helping with the sale. Virginia is definitely my go-to salesperson. Thanks Virginia????.

  Value City is a great place to shop for furniture! We loved a lot of their selections and was very pleased with our experience there! Sherri Burgess was WONDERFUL helping us with our purchase!!! She was not pushy and did everything she could to help us decide on our purchase! She also saved us money on our purchase! At the end she gave us her cell # for anything we needed or have questions about! I highly recommend you see Sherri Burgess she is a very nice lady to deal with!!!

  I went to Value City today to try out and purchase a new matress. Sherri was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I shared with her about a back injury that I have and she pointed me directly to the mattresses that she recommended to be the best for back problems and back pain. She also made sure to take the time to explain each aspect of the mattresses making the decision process so much easier. Sherri is awesome! I will definitely be going back to visit her for all of my furniture needs!

  I was pretty impressed with their selection, which was more modern than contemporary. Pricing was pretty good. Sales guy greeted us at the door and was not imposing at all. We went to look at a few other places just to do some shopping but did not end up purchasing here.

  Larry was excellent!! I decided on three different bedroom sets, until I finally decided on the one we purchased. He was very patient and didn't get frustrated with many changes I made. I had just left one furniture store and felt like they weren't knowledgeable about their products, Larry was informative and very knowledgeable about the different bedroom sets. I will recommend Larry and Value City Furniture to anybody.
