  After reading all the poor reviews I was skeptical. But, when I spoke to a few of the residents I realized that this is a great place. Best location for sure. Plus, they price matched and lowered our rent by $200 a month. Shelia really took care of us and didn’t make us feel pressured. Decent place to live with awesome location.
  Now, it’s not perfect. The grills are older and need replaced. A/C in my place seems to run a lot. But, at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this complex. And, the fees were low with no deposit. And, if you apply in person they waive the application fee. By far the easiest place to get into with little money out of pocket.
