We have lived here for 3 years and we have never seen this place decorated for Christmas or this clean. The new staff has been really nice and helpful. They actually do thing for the community like breakfast on the go.
I Love the colors in the office.
This new management is a big difference in a great way!
Even the maintenance team is attentive as they saw some trash being blown by the wind and they were actually chasing it instead of just letting it fly out to the main road like our old maintenance did. The grounds are now always clean!

Edit: I had a lot of issues with the former property managers, but the current ones were much more helpful when I was able to speak with someone. I'm moving out in a little less than a month so we'll see how this goes.

The new management staff are really helpful. The living space on the 2bed 2 bath is perfect for me and my son.
