  I got an estimate from another local mechanic and it seemed too high. So I asked the guys in an online forum and they said that it was.
  
  Then I took my car over to HP Automotive. Don's wisdom and mechanical skills saved me $700 over the first estimate, and my car is driving so much better now. It's a relief!
  
  I've been back there several times since then and am still 100% happy with them.
  
  In my entire life ( I'm 67 ) , I've never before found a mechanic's shop where they were affordable, competent AND HONEST. Now I have. These guys are my mechanics from now on!
  
  I have no financial interest in them and am not a personal friend, a relative, or related in any way.
  
  12-16-18 Update: I think of these guys as "The Jedi of Auto Repair".
