  Brian was prompt, friendly, and hard working. Work was great, and quick. I really appreciate it. Service was amazing too from the office staff letting me know when the technician would be there. I would definitely use them again.

  Professional, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable technicians. They clearly presented our options without high-pressure up-sells, which is always appreciated. Pleasant customer service people. While our original appointment got bumped due to an unforeseen issue at another job, they were communicative and rescheduled us for a specific time the following day and arrived promptly. We will definitely use Brothers again.

  Kim was GREAT over the phone as well as Joe and his pal who came out and answered all my questions that YouTube couldn't answer for me. I was able to install a toilet shutoff valve by myself and their $49 consultant fee. Thanks for being friendly.

  This was my first experience with Brother’s and just WOW!!! I called a few days ago because my hot water heater had a burning rubber smell coming from it. Laura was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled and set me up as a member for a small monthly fee. Robert came out today, found the issue almost immediately, had someone from Brother’s drive here with parts he needed and fixed it all in 1 visit! Even staying well past 5pm on a Saturday. On top of all that Robert was incredibly helpful, personable, and clearly trustworthy. I’m forever sold! I’m a single woman with a townhouse that’s in need of fixing so the membership gets me proactive inspections I desperately need and discounted services as well. It’s already paid for itself for the next 2 months and that’s before I have done any of the inspections! I’m so grateful to have someone I can trust to help me with my biggest financial investment. Thank goodness I have heard your radio adds for so long. ????

  An excellent experience from start to finish. We needed a water heater replaced and conditioner removed. Everyone was friendly, professional and effective. Excellent communication and follow-up. Daniel, the technician, was excellent!! He made sure we understood what he was going to do, made certain that he answered all questions and was meticulous in covering the floors and protecting our home. We are really happy with the high quality work. Highly recommend this company!
