  We had a very delightful experience working with Alfredo Perez and the rest of the team. The place was very inviting, the people were really engaging and helpful. Whenever we had a question we could be confident that it would be answered and not manipulated or anything like that. The only flipside to me was the waiting time which was way too long… But I guess it happens due to all the paperwork.

  I am giving this 5 star rating to the service department, specifically to Angel the Service Advisor. His explanation of my warranty items, my recall items, and things I could do to improve car performance myself. His professional manner and how well he treated me truly reatored my faith in dealership service departments. If you have a KIA and you must go to dealership make sure you go to Orlando Kia East and ask for Angel.

  Edward in the service department is absolutely wonderful. He made my experience at Orlando Kia East an amazing one by keeping me updated about the progress of my repairs and explained the process in great detail. My car was fixed in a timely manner and drives good as new. I will recommend this location to my friends and family for sure. Thanks Ed!!

  So, I called one day just to see what kind of deal I could get on a new car because my goal for 2019 was to get a new Kia. Allison at Kia was amazing, I went in at about 4 pm and left with a brand new Kia soul 2019 by 8pm. Amazing. being 21, and getting the deal I got was amazing. Definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

  I had recently received bad news about my current car and the repairs were going to be more than my car was worth. So, I decided it was time to get into a new car. I worked with Simon and it was by far the best car buying experience I’ve had. Simon listened to my needs and looked at several cars that were in my price range and didn’t pressure me to go over my budget. He showed me that I could afford a 2017 Forte and worked hard with the manager to get me an excellent deal. What was most important was that he went above and beyond. He got me the best car in my price range and included extras that most salesmen wouldn’t do. He even sat with me in my car to show me all the features it came with. Simon works with class and really cares about his customers. Would go back to him and Kia for every car purchase. My car also had a broken tail light assembly and the used car manager David and the service department made sure that it was fixed ASAP. Their certified used cars add comfort when purchasing so that I know my car is completely up to service. 10/10 would recommend.
