Easy access point to AT. Plenty of parking. Trail is easy to find.

Parking to access this AT acces point/trail is up a steep dirt road. It is a parking area not just a small pull off, and there seems to be a good but of space, of course I visited on a weekday, it might get packed on weekends. The flowers and trees in the spring are amazing and we even saw some wild orchids. There is also plenty of poison ivy growing (see picture if you are not sure what it looks like) so be mindfull of what you touch when hiking.
