  Many well-marked trails. A lot of beautiful scenery.

  Least crowded of all the various gunpowder areas. You should not run into too many people during your hike. Many miles of trails that vary from easy to moderate, horseback riding, bike riding as well as hiking only. Very nice hiking along the river. There are no bridge crossings so you're out of luck in high water.

  Great place to go for a hike, but there are always lots of ticks on our dog when we get home. The trails are well marked and most trails loop around so that you can make your hike shorter or longer going in the same direction. Different turns that show you a shorter way back to the parking area. Be prepared for some hills on most trails and also some mud when you get closer to the creek.

  Beautiful hike. Secluded at the right times, but very well worn paths and marked trails. Wear shoes you are comfortable hiking and getting wet in.

  Great section, trails are well blazed with frequent maps on the Harford County section, and are a bit more of a choose your own adventure on the Baltimore country side. Peaceful.
