  Great customer service. They were quick to contact me back after my initial inquiry. I was able to get an appointment and install the same day. Had several grab bars on the truck to choose the best one for the job. The Installer, Graham, was terrific. He made suggestions that worked for the best, was quick, and clean during the install. Was greatly impressed. More importantly, my Mother has secure, sturdy grab bars in her shower now. I would use their services again if/when needed.

  Absolutely wonderful customer service. Graham went out of his way to locate a lift that met our needs, and helped us have it shipped expeditiously. UPS dropped the ball getting it to Next Day Access, but Graham came an hour out of his way to complete installation for us. Because of their dedication, we were able to make it home, a 7 hour drive from Houston. You cannot ask for a better company to meet your handicap access needs. Thank you, Next Day Access!

  I cannot say enough great things about this company. I called for details about getting a ramp for my home and spoke to Graham who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He came the next day to help us plan the ramp layout that was the most economical for us and fitted without obstructing other access to our home. Within 2 days the ramp was installed and my husband and I are very happy and impressed with how the ramp looks, and how it has made our life so much easier. My husband and I can easily leave our home and enjoy getting out and about again. We are very impressed with this company and we would highly recommend them.
