  Mike was very helpful.
  I was able to communicate with him through text messages and pictures to show him the issue I had occurred. He was very flexible to come and test the chemicals on the grout haze for a very poorly done job by a contractor. He made my floor shine and look clean. After he completed the job the floor was a little wet and was unable to see some missed areas. I called him back and within an hour (or less) he came back. He dealt with some foot traffic from other vendors but was more than accommodating.

  These guys did a great job on our tile and carpet. They drove all the way to Santa Ana, Ca to clean our new home. Mike the owner has a great sense of humor, they even have a mascot named Reynaldo. Very satisfied with their service.

  We couldn’t be more happy with Mike and his services! We moved into a new home and with all the craziness nothing seemed to go right besides him! We called last minute and he graciously squeezed us in allowing us to move into our home. The floors came out amazing! We are very grateful!! Oh and his truck is awesome ????

  These guys are simply amazing! I called to get a quote and they promptly responded to all of my questions. The scheduling process was easy. I had 2.5 rooms of tile cleaned that hadn't been professionally cleaned in years. My tile looks brand new again. I originally planned on removing my floors and installing darker wood tile. After the cleaning, I am once again in love with my floors. The customer service was great too. They paid close attention and gave some TLC to my baseboards. I would definitely recommend QuikDry.

  My parents have been using them for a long time and I've always loved the work they do. I moved out and had my carpets cleaned and I still love it. They are very affordable and also fun to talk to. You can tell they know their work and if they notice anything they'll make suggestions on how you can alleviate something. They're quick, cheap, thorough, and trustworthy which is why I always love them.
