ACE Rent A Car

Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our flight landed at 0600 and we were concerned that no one would be available, but we were picked up in a timely manner and checked in and out in minutes. No extra sales pitch and no BS. Freddie was awesome and great to work with! I highly recommend. And the price ? $125 for six days. No one could beat them.

Great vehicle and even better price but they do try to push the Sun pass for $10 a day we spent about $8.50 on tolls the 5 days we were there. They customer service was pretty good and they came to the Orlando airport and picked up the 3 of us and our luggage then returned is to the airport when we returned there vehicle. Courteous drivers also thank you will definatly use you more. Highly recommend

I rented a vehicle last summer, and they are great!!
They will pick you up at the airport and drop you off, they have very good rates and service. I recommend to pay extra for the tolls EZ tag if your not familiar with Orlando, believe me it’s worth it.

Ignore the bad reviews (which are mostly over a year old), this place is the best car rental place I've ever been to (& I've been to many across the States & in other countries). The staff had excellent customer service, the booking process was easy (& they were happy to push back the booking time when we were behind schedule), the vehicles were clean & ran well. Efficient, friendly, & well run. The staff at Ace made the whole rental process pleasant & seamless.

We rented our truck today from this gentleman at the front desk. Made our reservation a week ahead and when we got there, he greeted us nicely and had our truck ready to go. I wish I could remember his name but he was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure we got out of there as quickly as possible. I would 100% recommend this location(Narcoossee rd ). Nothing beats good customer service!!!
