  I’ve read several reviews on this hotel, I never judge a book by its cover, as nobody else should. Most of the reviews took place when the old management and staff was here; now they have a brand new GM and team. Yes they have a long ways to go but they have made changes and lots of them for the better but we have to be understandable about the situation. Yes I had a rough start when checking in and I had an issue but I talk to GM and within 2 mintues she had everything fixed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.
  
  The workers don’t bother me, yes the work all day and night, big deal, they are trying to make this hotel a better place to stay. Yes they don’t have breakfast, so ask the front desk to order donuts, milk and coffee from somewhere, I’m sure that wouldn’t be a problem, it’s a good place to stay. Friendly staff, and they are working hard on changing the culture of the hotel so they can provide the best service, the best room with the best rates.
  
  When I come back to Indy for business I will be staying here. You have to be able to see the bigger picture and I do, so they will always get my business!!!!!
