  My Mom has been in the ACU Unit for 2 years. I have been pleased. The place is very clean. They attend to her needs in a timely manner. They call and inform you of any changes in meds etc. The only thing I can say that needs to improve is. I call on Sunday's and no matter what time, there is a problem with getting her to the phone or nobody answer's the phone or offers to get her to the phone. My Mom leaves center today for a new place. All I can say is the new company that took over Golden Living doesn't live up to the former. I feel they are all about the $$$$. I never walked in the center when it was Golden Living and smelled an odor, but now I do. As for the bill office. They can't seem to get the billing right and change employee's every other month. They need a lot of improvement to get to Golden Living status. 03/26/2018
