  Fantastic realtor. What you need out of a realtor is someone that will do all the research, will get you a viewing for whatever home, and who will stay patient with you until you land the property that fits your criteria.

  My husband and I recently got married in September 2016 and started our home search with Umala a few months later. We recently closed on our beautiful home in East Oakland the end of May and were absolutely delighted with our experience with Umala! This wasn't my first time buying a home and I wish other realtors I worked with were more like her. She's very knowledgeable about East Oakland being a local and always gave us her honest feedback about specific areas. She was always willing to work around our schedules to show properties in the evening time when we were off work and we saw NUMEROUS locations with her. She exercised patience and persistency in finding us the right property to start our family, frequently sending us listings within our budget. She set up and handled all inspections and referred a great loan officer to broker our deal. She was just as invested in us getting a home not because it was her job, but because she really cared. She's a praying realtor (we needed all the prayers we could get to close our deal) and at the end of the process, I was very happy to gain a new friend. Highly recommend her if you are in the market!!!
