  I've been seeing Dr. Chris for years now. He's always addressed the issues I have with concern and kindness. My body always feels great after being adjusted by him. I always recommend him to newbies looking for a chiropractor. I can't thank him enough for all the help he's given me!

  came here on a whim because I was googling chiropractors near me. I was having horrible back and shoulder pain to where the pain was shooting down my arm and figured it was something to get checked out instead of seeing a massage therapist. I always drive by optimal health on the way home and figured I'd give them a try because they were so close and i could literally walk to the office if i wanted. I was seen the same day i made my np appt and i'm really glad i was able to get seen. Dr. Chris is an incredibly nice person who was very personable and chatted with me about my history, what i was into, my job and all sorts of nice things. he's a Dr you can connect to easily and i'm glad i was able to be seen under him. After one visit, i literally felt 99% better and on my followup, I just got a readjustment done and i really havent felt so great in a long time. Going to schedule a massage soon with their therapist one of these days as well.
