  I moved in, & the water heater wasn't even assembled properly so I had to wait a whole week and a half to get hot water.

  THIS IS THE WORSE LEASING COMPANY IN THE WORLD I'VE HAD SO MANY ISSUES WITH THEM THEY ARE SNEAKY RIP OFFS AND THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF ANY THING MY CAR WAS WRECKED BY THEIR GATE AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO LIVE

  I had my issue resolved so I raised the star but one should never have to raise hell to get something done however always go back to your reviews and update

  The girls in the office are all very helpful very professional and always have an answer for you even if it’s as simple as “can you teach me how to use my alarm unit?”.
  Laundry on site, gym on site, pools a dog park, this place is not anything like the bad reviews say. If you have roaches it’s because your house was dirty I haven’t seen a single bug here. There are no cholos/thugs or people vandalizing cars. Everything is pretty quiet except for the school bells you can faintly hear if you’re on that side of the building but it’s not that big a deal. It’s a good place to live.
