  Dr Jon has been a breath of fresh air (and relief) to me after many years of chiropractic treatment with limited results. Over the years I've been through multiple whiplash inducing accidents from being rear ended, including while on a motorcycle. Most recently I was going back to the chiropractor I was seeing on a daily basis out of frustration from severe lower neck pain. He would just repeat the same adjustments with no response from my body to actually resolve the issue. My trainer strongly suggested Dr Jon and on my first visit he was thorough and clear with an explanation of treatment path. Now, with a few months of treatments (going no more than once/wk) I am down to getting checked up about once/month and working out with no problem doing overhead presses and no pain!

  If it weren't for Dr. Denning I would still be suffering. In two visits he alleviated pain I had been experiencing for months. Thanks to him I am improving after every visit.

  Dr. Jon has been helping me with a sprained ankle from last year that has not healed properly, causing pain and decreased mobility. After just 3 sessions of dry needling, I was 75% better. I cannot believe the results and wish I would have done this months ago!

  I'm proud to call Dr. Jon, both a friend and a colleague. He is hands down one of the most talented sports chiropractors in our profession, and I have been treated by him several times for a variety of issues. If you are looking for a doc who truly understands the cause of your injury and how to treat it, go see him!

  Dr. Jon is the best! I came to see Dr. Jon after pretty much giving up on my shoulder. I have had pain for years with limited motion and difficulty with many motions, as well as instability. I stopped playing volleyball last year because of it, and had adjusted my workouts because of the constant pain I had that would sometimes wake me up at night. I had heard of several of his techniques and checked out his website after looking for a chiropractor that was more sports related. I made my appointment and after one session I saw improvement. Not going to lie- the dry needling is very strange and I was quite sore after- but each day I saw improvements. However, the scraping- I love! After only seeing him 3 times I see 100% difference in where I have been for YEARS. I have so much more stability in my shoulder, more strength and the nagging ache I had all throughout has come to a bare minimum. He is fantastic and will not treat you unnecessarily just to get another buck of you. He’s honest in his assessments and lets you know what kind of results he can help you achieve. I can go on and on about him as I’m ecstatic over my experience.
