  The counselors at Connections Harrington ROCK! Unfortunately, in their line of work, you just don't know how to help effectively unless you've been there, and they've been there, and the support of the counselors was highly effective in activating the recognition of your own issues because they themselves have been there themselves, they shared their horror stories, struggles, heartbreaks as a result of their addictions, gave insight on how they control their demons, and made no bones about your own. Special shout outs to counselors MALLORY and COOP. I had a lot going on aside from the obvious and they went out of their way to be sure my treatment would be complete and effective, but assisted with trauma that was occurring in the "outside world" while I was in treatment. You got those sassy nurses, too, they're doing the best they can, but they get it done, too. I would give a 5 star, but the food sucks. But, again, you need support, the counselors will go above and beyond, within reason, to help you with what you need.
