I've been going to Dr Choudhary for a number of years and have received excellent customer service. There was one incident with an employee who no longer works there. She was very unprofessional. But Beverly has always been nothing but friendly and helpful.
Not really sure why this place has such awful reviews everywhere I look. The staff were very friendly, polite, & helpful & just as promised, I received my confirmation call the friday before my appointment on a tuesday. Dr. Choudhary was extremely professional & thorough in her evaluation, even drawing me little picture diagrams to explain things. I went into my appointment a little nervous, given all the negative feedback I read online, but I came away feeling very at ease & confident about the treatment plan we had discussed.
