I had a problem with several of my gas burners not sparking/igniting consistently. Alan came out and the problem (fingers crossed) appeared to just be a couple loose wiring harnesses. Now all four burners light up on one "click". He only charged me the diagnostic fee which is listed on his website. Very friendly and professional. Called me while he was on his way. Didn’t charge me any labor cost and he even took an extra couple minutes to talk about my GE Fridge which has been making a pulsing growl noise for a while. According to Alan the freezer fan probably needs replacing but not a problem if the noise doesn’t bother me. If I decide to get it fixed I’ll definitely be calling Alan. Five stars no question.
