  Angel gave me fantastic service!!! She really knew her stuff, did not do a 'sales number' on me, but really cared that I understood everything. She made sure I got exactly what I really wanted, AND helped me understand what I needed to get the most satisfaction out of my new mattress and make it last, pets and all. And the delivery service was everything she promised - got a call the night before to confirm the 2-hr delivery window, and a call when they were 20 minutes out. They arrived on the dot - only 30 minutes into the 2-hr window, and were very professional, courteous, careful of my property, and efficient. And the best part - I had the best night's sleep I've had in FOREVER!!! I'm highly satisfied and could not recommend a better experience. Do your back and your health a BIG favor - go see Angel at Mattress Firm in Lexington Park, in the Kohl's Shopping Center. You will not regret it. And I promise I never met her before I walked in the store that night, I'm just so elated to have had such a great night's sleep, and wish I'd done it a lot sooner.   My Fiancé and I came in and met with Angel. And her name is so fitting! She was SO kind and SO knowledgeable about her work. She gave us an outstanding deal and answered every question we had. We were on a time crunch and she worked quickly with us, but extremely thoroughly! We explained what we wanted and what we were looking for and 30 minutes later we were walking out happy & with a brand new mattress purchased!!! The establishment was very clean, mattresses as well. Angel is amazing and will be receiving any future purchases and I will point everyone I know towards her! I give her and this mattress firm location a 10/10!

  I did not plan on purchasing anything, as I went with my friend who needed a mattress. I listed while Ms. Angel (the asst. manager at this location) spoke to my friend about what she wanted to feel the mattress do for her lower lumbar and how she'd know she was in proper spinal alignment (I've never heard of such a thing). It was very informative to listen to and watch, and though I myself did not need a mattress, I took down notes for future reference. She was so pleasant to work with and answered all of our annoying questions. (We had many lol.) I ended up purchasing a pillow from her for now (which also by the way, has a process of it's own to make sure you are in proper spinal alignment, she called it "pillow fitting" me, and it's cooling with a warranty of its own!! So neat.) My friend is thrilled with her experience, as am I, and Ms. Angel will be receiving any future business to come from either of us! Thanks again Angel!

  Angel is friendly and warm, and the best mattress sales woman we have had so far. She made us feel comfortable, and asked us what level of interaction we wanted. She was knowledgeable, knew the science behind it, and we didn’t feel pressured. Angel was matter of fact, and spoke simply about the features and differences in the mattress. Angel got our sale and will in the future too.

  When walking into the store, I was greeted by Angel. She was very kind and polite. She was very knowledgeable about everything that had to do with mattresses. She was able to guide me towards a mattress that fit my needs physically and financially. She got me set up with a payment plan that fit my budget and found me a refurbished item that brought down the cost even more.
  Due to certain circumstances I had to set up my delivery to be weeks in the future. She knew the reason for this and called to double check that the date was still going to work. It was a great thing she called because the date had to be pushed back. Another reason why this girl is amazing!
  Lastly, when she called, I had a payment question and she was more than happy to call the company and ask them for me. She called me back a short time later to answer my question and confirmed everything.
  Angel was an amazing sales person and did everything in her power to help me find the best mattress for me. She had the answer to every question I had.
  I would reccomend this store to anyone that needed a mattress in the area. Angel will get you set up with the best mattress for you.
