  Kevin and his team are absolutely outstanding. The experience I had having them maintain my ski has been beyond any expectation from the second I called the shop to schedule drop off. Kevin is honest, genuine, caring, and just a good dude all around. I wouldn’t take my ski anywhere else and will send anyone needing a top mechanic to him. Hands down, 10 stars if there was more than 5 available.

  I called Palm Beach Watercraft to see if they could schedule a pre-purchase inspection on a jet boat that I was thinking about buying. While they weren't able to schedule me in the time I needed, Kevin gave me an excellent explanation of everything I needed to know about jet boats and recommendations for boating in general. The wealth of info I got from him helped me avoid getting into a boat that may not have been the right choice for me. From the other reviews, I think its safe to say that he consistently provides solid information and service. If I needed any work done on a jet boat or jet ski, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. For now, I'm off to continue my search for a new boat.

  Kevin is a very nice guy and very professional/knowledgeable! He always helps me out when i work on my jet giving me tips as well as having parts to sell me!
