Nice people.
Ricky and crew were very professional, clean and very polite. They were very well organized and had our truck loaded in no time. Everything was wrapped and protected and our old place was left clean and tidy. We had a great experience booking with Michelle Dillard as well. She answered all my questions and concerns and was able to tighten the delivery time. I also want to thank Gwen Mello for coordinating the movers and keeping in constant contact letting us know what will be happening next and when to expect the movers. Great company! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a mover.
My consultant Candace was extremely professional and easy to work with. We had a 3 day window from pickup at our home to delivering at our new home. Candace arranged to have our furniture remain on the truck in the storage facility.
Our movers Brian and his crew were great to work with. They were very cautious of not doing any damage to our furnishings.

It was a pleasure working with ACE Relocation in Orlando, FL for my move! I could not have been happier about the quality, logistics and satisfaction of my recent cross-country move. Their services are incredible. The packing, loading and delivery days went very smoothly. All involved were knowledgeable, professional, and experienced. They handled my items with the utmost care. Not one item was damaged or missing! Thanks to Kojack, Jeff, and Larry for packing my belongings in Florida, Ed for driving my belongings across the country and unpacking along with Alex and Galvin. The delivery window was a few weeks long, but they arrived much sooner. I had Brandy as my ACE Representative and she was great at keeping in touch, keeping me updated and was overall super helpful. Candace did my in-home estimate and was my initial contact and she went out of her way to be friendly and helpful in coordinating my move. I chose to use a company recommended by ACE for auto transport (A-AAA) and they were great as well. I was extremely pleased with the quality and ease of my move. Thank you to everyone for making things go so smoothly! I would highly recommend them for your move!
