  I'm proud to work at a place that embraces resident-centered care. We encourage each other to do fun, spontaneous activities with our residents. Our chaplain and I have baked cookies, lasagna, and other things with residents. I recently joined an activity called lunch bunch, where we gathered some residents and set up a really nice table and sat and had lunch with them. We have fun committees like gardening committee, decorating committee, and even a pet committee. It's a cute, home-like environment here. I was a nurse in a hospital before, and I've had a great, fun, home-like experience over the last year I have worked here.
