  Namon and the staff at NJ Elite Performance demystify working out, getting in shape and staying that way. They are always generous and accommodating in their training and support. Five stars all day. Way more than your average gym.

  Good morning NJ Elite family!
  
  I wanted to write an official review. Working in the media, I get A LOT of negative feedback and it’s very rare to receive GOOD NEWS or positive reviews.
  
  It’s important to share with a person or a business on their success and I am so HAPPY with NJ Elite Performance in Spring Grove.
  
  I have been doing the Zumba class on Tuesday and Thursday nights with Lisa. I LOVE IT! It is so fun and a great cardio workout. Lisa is so bubbly, determined and fun! Great music to dance/workout too!
  
  I have also been doing a 30 day challenge where I have no carbs and no alcohol. It was tough but I had so much encouragement and motivation, which was refreshing coming from their staff.
  
  Within that time frame – I lost about 15 pounds and it’s still coming off. Namon and Ashley give you the platform, the motivation, the drive and the state of mind to make the healthy choices. YOU are the one that holds the power, NJ Elite is there to guide you and push you to your goals.
  
  So thankful.

  Love this place! Namon is awesome! I joined unsure what to expect, and have been super pleased. Namon takes the time to make sure you know what you are doing and have good form. I told a friend I felt like I joined a little family. Everyone was super nice, calls me by name, and asks if they will see me at the next class. The accountability I definitely need right now. Nothing but positive things to say about NJ Elite!

  I've been in to fitness and health most of my life but since I started working out at NJ Elite in January, I have been able to take my fitness to a new level! Namon and Ashley are very helpful in making sure each member uses the correct form and they also take the time to learn about your individual goals. I am so proud to be part of the NJ Elite Fit Family!
