  I have been calling CRC (Charles) for plumbing help for the last 4 years! He always does a really great job. Plumbing work is never cheap that is for sure but whenever he finishes a project the area he works in is always clean. He always gives you a good explanation of what it is he needs to do for you and what will happen. I have never had to call him back for repeat work on anything he has completed. Only on new things that needs repairing and I will keep calling him. Last week my water heater went out. He was quite busy but came anyways and work in to the night to help me get it done and didn't say I have to charge you last minute fees like all the other places when you give them less than 24 hr notice!

  Charles was very punctual, very knowledgeable , and honest. His communication and customer service skills we're very informative, supportive and considerate. I will definitely being using Charles for future projects and repairs. I highly recommend CRC Plumbing for your next project or repair.

  I have used CRC the 1st time for a water Heater and was happy with the service and the price for a new one. This time I was out of town and my wife had a facet issue I had her call CRC and they took care of it right away. She felt very pleased with the work done, and comfortable having them in our home while I was on east coast.
