I would probably give this practice 5 stars if it were still Rappahannock Pediatrics and was being run by Dr. Aaronson. The nurses and doctors are still great, but their new phone system needs work and the wait time was disappointing long. We've been going to Dr. Aaronson for over 11 years and I can't ever recall waiting so long to see a caregiver. There's nothing here that can't be fixed, but I hope that "Mary Washington Medical Group Pediatrics" doesn't become too corporate. It's definitely giving the practice a much-needed technological upgrade, but let's not forget about the basics.
I went to Dr Aaronson as a child and now my children see him. He is very knowledgeable and has the best bedside manner. We met Dr Erwin yesterday and he is a great addition to the team! He was very good with my son who is usually scared of doctors. Not a single tear from my son yesterday!
Mary Washington Medical Group Pediatrics is a great facility! They are always able to fit my children in when they’re sick. If I have ever had any concerns, they are very prompt in providing a response. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. We have been patients of Dr. Aaronson for many years and will continue!
