  I just moved in a few days ago and except for glitch with getting my keys, I am happy in my new home.
  Park Place is very clean and friendly.
  Any problems were addressed and solved quickly.

  My experience at Parkplace Management have been a positive experience with Dan and Megan in regards to any questions, concerns or request.
  
  I have gone in for a request for a an issue and Dan immediately addressed my concern with a positive attitude. He made my experience more pleasurable and convenient. Dan is a people person and truly cares about all the residents at Parkplace. Parkplace is Lucky to have him part of the Parkplace team!
  
  Megan (Manager) is a pleasant person and is always available for any concerns and great in communicating to you immedially with any concerns , questions or request . I am always able to reach Megan thru email and a response is immediately addressed. Megan's is very responsive and positive about everything she does!
  
  I can't say nothing but great things about Dan and Megan.

  We've been living in this apartment complex for more than 2 years and would keep staying here for much more. ​
  
  The staff is absolutely superior and treats you like a family member. In our case, all the issues with appliances or windows we had were solved instantaneously​ and without any arguments. When we were required to move to a 2 bedroom apartment before our 1 bedroom apartment lease was over, the management allowed us doing this without any questions.
  
  Thanks for​ such a great ambiance​ and cozy place!

  This is such a beautiful place with a positive energy that makes you feel welcome, warm and peaceful.
  The management team is always willing to help with a positive attitude!
  Jeff and Megan made possible for me to find the apt that is making me feel so grateful today!
  I will be forever grateful! :)
  All the amenities around this place make it the perfect community to live!
