  Got my note 9 two days before officially released day...orders straight from samsung...Sprint was unable to help and sent me on a goose chase to multiple stores to get it activated...came to this store and the guys was fantastic..understood the issues and took matters into his own hand and get it done for me....thanks

  Karina is incredible. I had an issue that the people on the phone had never been able to solve, and she took care of it in 5 minutes. She was so prompt and explained everything so well. Great customer service from her!

  Brand New Corp. location. Very nice sales consultants and even though this is not a repair location they try to help fix issues. Store is also very clean and if you don't want to wait very long this is a good spot to stop.

  I was having a terrible time with customer service representatives over the phone, and I also visited a different location before arriving at this store. The store manager and her team were wonderful and so friendly. I was ready to end my relationship with Sprint, but she truly saved them a loyal customer. Excellent customer service with all of the employees I interacted with at the store.
